As a Service Manager – Food & Beverage (Banquet) , we rely on you to
- Support the Banquet Manager in planning and organising perspective.
- Ensure every guest receives high quality service.
- Maintain smooth banquet operations on a daily basis.
- Coach and maximise the performance of the team.
We are looking for someone who:
Possess Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage Qualifications at diploma level or above
Preferably possesses experience from a 5* international hotel
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
Able to solve problem in a professional manner, enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
A team player, dependent, highly motivated, mature and able to work independently with a high speed of execution
Creative with an eye for detail. Willing to work shift Hours.
