The Restaurant Operations Manager at TING Restaurant will play a crucial role in Shangri-La Hotel, responsible for the overall administration and operations of TING Restaurant and Lounge. To maximize profit, maintain food/beverage/service quality and ensure guest and employee satisfaction are just a few of the main responsibilities. The successful candidate will also ensure that guest service levels are in line with food and beverage Shangri-La brand standards.

The Restaurant Operations Manager will also direct, implement and maintain a service and leadership philosophy which serves as a guide to all staff members. Delegation of duties and responsibilities to Restaurant/assistant managers is necessary in order to ensure that all phases of F&B service in areas under managers control are functioning. The Restaurant Operations Manager will be accountable in the delivery of the Shangri-La experience behaviours across the respective department and hotel and to ensure that the behaviours are followed through by our colleagues.
