The Restaurant Manager at TING Restaurant will play a crucial role in Shangri-La Hotel, responsible for the overall administration and operations of TING Restaurant and Lounge. To maximize profit, maintain food, beverage, and service quality, and ensure guest and employee satisfaction are just a few of the main responsibilities. The successful candidate will also ensure that guest service levels are in line with food and beverage Shangri-La brand standards.

The Restaurant Manager will direct, implement, and maintain a service and leadership philosophy which serves as a guide to all staff members. Delegation of duties and responsibilities to Restaurant/assistant managers is necessary in order to ensure that all phases of F&B service in areas under the manager's control are functioning. The Restaurant Manager will be accountable for the delivery of the Shangri-La experience behaviours across the respective department and hotel and to ensure that the behaviours are followed through by our colleagues.
