We have a great opportunity available for a pastry commis chef to join our pastry department here at Shangri-La The Shard, London. Members of our pastry department will have a passion for pastry and confectionary, a love of cooking, and the desire to grow as a chef. You will maintain the highest standard of all food preparation and service in the pastry kitchens. You will be responsible for maintaining food safety and hygiene practices. You will adopt and maintain a sound professional knowledge on all aspects related to the operation and position.
