We have a new opportunity for an In-room dining Night Waiter or Waitress to join our team at Shangri-La The Shard, London. As an In Room Dining team member, you will work in close collaboration with the kitchen and be interacting directly with guests. We are looking for someone who enjoys hospitality work, and can therefore provide the outstanding hospitality from the heart service that Shangri-La is renowned for.
We are looking for a candidate who has a level of experience within a similar environment; someone who will thrive by engaging with our guests and creating memorable, stand-out experiences for them. You will maintain the high standard of luxury our hotel represents with your charm, time management skills, and organizational skills. Additionally, you must be physically able to carry trays and push or pull trolleys.
