Guest Relations Officer Do you find joy in making guests happy, turning their expectations into unforgettable moments? We have an amazing opportunity for a Guest Relations Officer to join our Front Office Team at the Shangri-La Hotel, located throughout the 34 th and 52 nd floors of The Shard. Our Guest Relations service associate will be the first point of contact for guests, and on many occasions will represent the face of the hotel. You will provide efficient and courteous assistance to our guests and maintain an active presence in the hotel lobbies. Your duties will include personally attending to the needs of our VIP guests, supporting guest registration, check-in, cashiering and foreign exchanges while adhering to the Shangri-La policies and procedures.
