Groups & Event Sales Executive

We have an amazing opportunity for a Groups & Event Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Events or Event Managers, the Events Executives core responsibility will be to convert, plan, and organize events in the hotel, as well as support and coordinate all catering sales-related activities. The role involves strong collaboration with the team, effective communication with operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

You will need to be a highly skilled and motivated events professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and superb organisational abilities. You should also be a strong multi-tasker who is self-motivated and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

What we are looking for?

  • We are looking for someone with a pleasant & welcoming manner.
  • Experience in a luxury 5* hotel and/or hotel operations is desirable
  • Experience in a similar events role
  • Flexible & adaptable to different working conditions
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and Opera
  • A solid understanding of third-party sites such as CVENT and VenueDirectory
  • A strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

You will have

  • Have an immaculate appearance.
  • Have oral & written fluency in English.
  • Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
  • Be motivated & a self-starter.
