What you'll be doing:

  • Manage guest complaints and ensure opening, closing, and cleanliness.
  • Handle reservations and table assignments, monitor staff, and enhance guest experiences.
  • Maintain equipment and be aware of revenue and forecasts.
  • Understand business targets and promote resource economy.
  • Monitor staff and uphold core values and conduct.
  • Foster motivation, conduct training, and assist as needed.
