As the Assistant Vice President, Global Sales (Europe), you will lead regional and GSO sales efforts to exceed revenue targets and drive profitable growth across the portfolio, with a strong focus on MEIA hotels. You will oversee and deploy GSO teams across Europe while acting as a Sales “Champion” across properties and clusters—aligning sales strategies, partnerships, and initiatives to maximise overall performance. Working closely with senior leadership, General Managers and key commercial stakeholders, you will build strategic customer relationships and ensure full alignment between property and GSO sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive segment‑led sales strategies to grow market share and exceed revenue targets across assigned markets.
  • Lead and coach GSO teams in developing and executing strategic account plans for key clients.
  • Build and manage senior client relationships, strengthening presence with top accounts and industry partners.
  • Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities through sales missions, trade shows, and ongoing market realignment.
  • Provide strategic direction on pricing, channel profitability, and sales plans across GSOs and hotels.
  • Partner with hotel teams and Revenue Optimization to deliver consistent, profitable commercial outcomes.
  • Support talent development and team effectiveness, including hiring, performance management, and retention.

About You

  • Proven senior sales leadership experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role or market.
  • Strong industry network with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive key partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading remote, multi‑market sales teams.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and revenue management understanding.
  • Data‑driven decision maker with a focus on customer value and long‑term business impact.
