You’ll be joining one of the most reputable new build residential contractors in the Northwest, with one of the strongest pipelines of work.
You’ll be joining an experienced team on an existing flagship site spanning 200+ units. Your site will be 68 traditional build apartments split over three blocks of 12, 12 and 44 for a Housing Association (Rent to Buy). Everything is in very good shape overall on the site, as mentioned by the Quality Inspector.
Having worked on a large 250 unit residential scheme looks great on your CV, and the contractor is bringing a disused part of the canal back into the public realm – technically challenging but already looks great next to several acres of new woodland and walkways. It’s a flagship project for a reason.
