As a Supply Chain Planning Assistant, you'll help ensure our products are in the right place, at the right time supporting stores and digital channels across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your planning skills, build supplier relationships, and play a meaningful role in a purpose-led retail brand.
Responsibilities- Manage stock replenishment for a defined group of suppliers and product categories
- Maintain and prioritise open order books to minimise out-of-stocks
- Support promotional activity and range changes through accurate forecasting
- Build strong day-to-day relationships with suppliers, monitoring OTIF (On Time In Full) performance
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate closure
- Maintain planning tools, reports, and Excel-based models
- Work closely with supply chain, category, and warehouse teams to resolve issues
- Experienced in a supply chain, planning, or operational support role
- Confident working with suppliers or third-party partners
- Comfortable analysing data, with solid Excel skills
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage competing priorities
- A clear communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
- Curious, proactive, and keen to grow within supply chain planning
