We’re a 200‑year‑old startup that has undergone a major digital transformation and is now a fully cloud‑native organization using Kubernetes, containers, serverless, and event‑driven architectures. We’re building a new secure operational platform from the ground up and looking for a Platform Engineer to help shape it.

About the Role

This is a greenfield platform role with real impact. You’ll help build a secure, scalable foundation that makes it easy for developers to ship software safely and quickly. Security, automation, and developer experience are built in from day one. You’ll work with a platform‑as‑a‑product mindset, creating something developers genuinely want to use.

The Role

As a Platform Engineer, you’ll design, build, and operate our secure cloud platform. You’ll champion DevSecOps practices, working closely with development and security teams to remove friction while raising the bar on security and reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Build and operate a secure, cloud-native platform on AWS
• Implement and automate security controls across the SDLC
• Design and maintain fast, reliable, secure CI/CD pipelines
• Use infrastructure as code to deliver consistent, repeatable environments
• Partner with engineering teams to improve developer experience and self-service

Key Requirements

• Experience as a Platform Engineer, DevSecOps Engineer, or Cloud Security Engineer
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and security automation
• Hands‑on experience securing workloads in AWS
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• A passion for developer experience and building internal platforms as products
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to engineering excellence
