Location: We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you'll be present at one of our Holland & Barrett offices in Nuneaton (CV10 7RH) for a minimum of 2 days per week.
The Role
If you enjoy being the quiet hero who keeps thousands of colleagues paid correctly and on time - the kind of person who makes payroll look effortless even when it isn't - this might be exactly your kind of challenge. This is a 12-month fixed term role where you'll play a key part in making sure colleagues across our retail stores, distribution network and head office are paid accurately, on time, and in line with UK regulations.
Your Day-to-day Will Include:
- Running payroll end-to-end with precision and efficiency.
- Responding to payroll queries with clarity and patience - written or verbal.
- Carrying out manual calculations for SSP and SMP.
- Building and checking payment files using Excel.
- Processing expenses payments.
- Reconciling payroll reports so everything balances.

- Previous experience working in payroll (you know the rhythm, the deadlines, the pressure).
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel, plus familiarity with payroll systems.

- Confidence managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
