Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated eCommerce Manager to lead growth and performance across our digital platforms, including website and app, primarily for the UK and Ireland markets. This role involves collaboration with multiple teams to develop and execute digital strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement category strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals based on market and customer insights.
2. Manage marketplace activities including product listings, pricing, advertising, and vendor relationships.
3. Monitor and optimize performance using KPIs, data analysis, and insights to enhance site and marketplace operations.
4. Collaborate across departments such as marketing, digital, product, and logistics to ensure seamless customer experiences and strategic alignment.
5. Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels and demand forecasting.
6. Oversee listing management by adding new ranges, optimizing data, and managing product lifecycle.
7. Plan and execute promotional activities aligned with marketing campaigns and commercial priorities.
8. Enhance customer experience through initiatives that improve the journey from discovery to post-purchase support.

Location

This position can be based in Nuneaton or London, with flexible hybrid working arrangements requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office.

Candidate Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of e-commerce principles, including promotional strategies and customer journey mapping.
2. Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Content Square).
3. Experience with content management systems and merchandising tools.
4. Ability to monitor market trends and translate insights into strategic actions.
5. Proven track record in driving growth in a D2C environment.
6. Experience with revenue growth initiatives and implementing data-driven improvements.
7. Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
