The Role

What you\\\’ll be doing?

  • Craft and own a bold Beauty eCommerce strategy that smashes growth targets and sets new standards in the industry.
  • Spot trends before they happen – use data, customer insights, and competitor analysis to unlock new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Partner with top beauty brands to elevate product listings, sharpen pricing, and deliver irresistible promotions.
  • Forecast like a pro – ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, minimising stockouts and maximising sell-through.
  • Turn insights into action – optimise our site and app experience to keep customers inspired, engaged, and coming back for more.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, tech, marketing, and supply chain teams to create seamless, end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Lead innovation in personalisation and discovery, making the Beauty experience feel tailor-made for every shopper.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in London or Nuneaton, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.

  • Promotional planning – you understand trading cycles and digital merchandising like the back of your hand, and know how to craft campaigns that convert.
  • Data-driven decision maker – fluent in platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, Metabase, and Content Square, you use insights to steer strategy and optimize performance.
  • Strategic thinker with market savvy – you translate trends and insights into actionable plans that keep us ahead of the curve.
