Compliance Officer – Business Continuity (12-months) role at Shanghai VIM Industrial Design Co., Ltd.

Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of business continuity plans across the organization.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and identifying potential threats to operations.
- Coordinate mitigation strategies and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure continuity plans are clearly communicated and understood.
- Support the scheduling and execution of regular testing and reviews of continuity plans.
- Monitor industry developments and best practices in business continuity and compliance.
- Maintain records and documentation to support audit and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in delivering training and awareness sessions to ensure teams are prepared for disruption.
Location: Nuneaton; hybrid working with minimum 2 days in the office. Occasional travel to other locations may be required.
The Person – What You’ll Bring
- Some experience or exposure to business continuity, risk, compliance, or operational resilience.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with business continuity frameworks or standards is a plus; experience in retail or a fast-paced commercial environment is desirable.
