At Holland & Barrett, we make health and wellness a way of life for everyone. As our Senior Range & Space Planner, you'll play a key role in shaping how our customers experience our stores using data, insight and strong leadership to turn space into meaningful commercial and customer impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Range & Space Planning team, setting clear direction and standards.
- Own and deliver range reviews, trials and space transformation projects from concept through to store execution.
- Use data‑led insight to optimise ranging, space allocation and store clustering across the UK & Ireland estate.
- Oversee the design, build and maintenance of planograms, ensuring they align with merchandising principles and customer needs.
- Partner with Trading, Marketing, Supply Chain and Store Operations to deliver commercially sound, customer‑led solutions.
- Provide clear insight and recommendations to support strategic and longer‑term space planning decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes and ways of working.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in a senior space planning, merchandising or range planning role within a head office retail environment.
- Strong leadership experience, with a track record of developing and engaging teams.
- Advanced analytical capability, with confidence turning complex data into clear, actionable insight.
- Deep understanding of planograms, store clustering, range architecture and space optimisation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- A collaborative, curious mindset and a drive to keep improving how things are done.
