We are seeking Investment Brokers to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients, offering exclusive investment opportunities with uncapped earning potential. Inbound leads only, no cold calling!

About the Role:

As an Investment Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging with qualified inbound leads (no cold calling)
• Presenting and promoting investment opportunities to high-net-worth individuals
• Building strong client relationships and providing expert advice
• Managing the full sales cycle – from initial contact to closing deals
• Attending occasional client events and face-to-face meetings (90% phone-based, 10% face-to-face)

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: £30,000 per annum
• Uncapped Commission: Earn 5%–10% on each closed deal (sliding scale based on lead type)
• Daily Fresh Leads: 10–15 qualified inbound leads per day – no cold calling required
• Exclusive Market: Work with high-net-worth clients on premium investment opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in investment, financial services, or high-ticket sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence and ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
