New Idea, a fast-growing garment manufacturer specialising in light woven, knit, outerwear, kids, and denim, is looking for a highly skilled Sales Manager / Key Account Manager / Business Developer to join our international sales team based in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop strategic business partnerships with mass market fashion customers in The UK / EU while representing a company that believes in growing together and succeeding together.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales/business development in the textile / garment industry
- A strong portfolio of top-tier mass market fashion customers in The UK / EU
- Excellent skills in client development and relationship building
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and presentation skills
- Must be based in London, UK
- Willingness to travel across Europe and internationally as needed
- Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields

- A strong network of contacts with key retail/fashion buyers and decision-makers in The UK/EU
- Experience working with high-volume garment production and trend-driven collections
