Shanghai Me is currently seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to join our team in London. Recently awarded “Best New Hotel Restaurant of the Year” by Condé Nast Traveler UK, Shanghai Me London continues to set the benchmark for luxury Pan-Asian dining in Mayfair. We are looking for a strong hospitality professional with a passion for luxury dining, exceptional guest experience, and team leadership within high-volume, upscale restaurant environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service standards
- Lead, train, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and recruitment needs for the venue
- Maintain strong guest relations and handle VIP clientele professionally
- Monitor service quality, operational efficiency, and team performance
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements
