Fundamental Hospitality is recruiting a Marketing Manager for Shanghai Me London. Located in Mayfair, Shanghai Me is a high-energy Pan-Asian dining and nightlife destination where brand visibility, reputation and guest engagement directly drive revenue. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment and enjoys balancing creativity with structure and accountability.
You will lead the day-to-day marketing execution for the venue while working under the strategic direction of the Global Marketing Director.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing all marketing activity for Shanghai Me London, ensuring campaigns launch on time, meet brand standards and deliver measurable results. You will:
- Own and maintain the marketing calendar, campaigns and activations
- Execute monthly marketing plans aligned with business priorities
- Coordinate closely with Operations to ensure seamless implementation
- Manage PR agency communications and coverage opportunities
- Brief and oversee designers, photographers and external suppliers
- Execute photoshoots, video shoots and content production
- Maintain website, listings, reservation and delivery platforms
- Drive collaborations, partnerships and visibility initiatives
- Track KPIs, marketing spend and campaign performance
- Produce monthly performance and insight reports
This role is hands-on and operational. You will both plan and execute.
About You
