Salary: c. £38,000 depending on skills and experience

Location: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire with agile working

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

As the Senior Member Engagement Adviser, you will create compelling digital content tailored to diverse needs and accessibility standards. You’ll develop and optimise member journeys across multiple touchpoints to enhance user experience and drive engagement. By leading the execution of our annual e-comms plan, developing our digital newsletters, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in telling the story of the NFU’s work on behalf of our members, across our member-facing digital platforms.

You’ll be a creative and dynamic communications professional, with a track record in creating engaging and impactful digital content. You’ll know how to interpret and use insight to create content that will resonate with our members. With a finger on the pulse of emerging trends and technologies, you will contribute to the development of our digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with the NFU's priorities and values. You’ll be a natural collaborator, working with teams across the business to define and deliver an outstanding digital member experience.
