Salary: £40,000 £42,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience

Location: Based in Westminster, London

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, working 8:00 – 16:00 with flexibility as required

Contract Type: 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover)

About The Role

• First point of contact for visitors, including senior internal, external and political stakeholders.
• Ensure efficient running of the office and any meetings taking place.
• Responsible for departmental invoices and support the Head of External Affairs with budget reporting.
• Provide secretarial support for the Head of External Affairs and support to the External Affairs team.
