Job brief
We are currently recruiting a national manager with bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English to lead the UK team, increase the company's market share, and provide excellent food delivery services to consumers in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Manage the food delivery market operations in the country, continuously enhancing the company's brand awareness and market share;
- Implement the company's strategies and formulate national business strategies accordingly, set various operational targets, and achieve the company's business goals;
- Continuously gather market trends in the country, conduct competitor analysis, and develop and adjust various business strategies;
- Expand and strengthen partnerships through online and offline promotions, enhancing partner product and end-user service levels;
- Build and optimize organizational structure, establish an efficient team, and improve the talent development system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in the O2O industry;
- Experience managing a team of over 100 people at a well-known food delivery platform, with previous high-level sales management positions (Director, VP, etc.) preferred;
- Profound understanding of the Chinese food delivery market and operational strategies and sales promotion methods of major Chinese food delivery platforms;
- Strong industry perspective, skilled in formulating and optimizing operational strategies and plans based on market analysis data;
