Designer Parfums / Shaneel Group is a fast-growing company in the perfume and cosmetics industry. Brands we operate include GHOST, ARIANA GRANDE, JENNIFER LOPEZ, CERRUTI, PLAYBOY, AIGNER, PORSCHE DESIGN and many more.
JOB PURPOSE
To work in partnership with management, key stakeholders, and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver the HR strategy and agenda, supporting the delivery of the strategic goals within the functions successfully, helping to make Designer Parfums the Employer of choice. Operate as the HR expert by providing effective support, advice, guidance and coaching to all employees and managers to drive a high-performing culture. Take a lead role on project delivery as well as coaching and mentoring leaders in the business, ensuring consistently high standards of HR business partnering. This role requires working 4 days from our office based in Watford and 1 day of working from home.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering key HR initiatives and providing expert HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, and selection, induction, performance management, talent management, restructuring, redundancies, employee relations, pay and reward, engagement and wellbeing.
- Maintaining a clear understanding and providing advice.
