Pay Rate: £13.25 - £16.50

Responsibilities

In this rewarding role, you’ll provide clinical interventions, assist with daily care routines, support in school settings and also support clients in meaningful, enjoyable activities from spending quality time with family and friends to joining in community outings and social events. You’ll also offer support during evening and bedtime routines, providing companionship, reassurance, and attentive care throughout the night to ensure comfort and safety. With our younger clients, you’ll have the opportunity to encourage creativity and learning through engaging activities such as arts and crafts, outdoor play, educational games, and sensory experiences. If you’re caring, reliable, and passionate about helping others live fulfilling lives, we’d love to welcome you to our team.

Requirements

  • 3 months’ care experience
  • Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
  • Clear communication skills
  • Drivers essential
