Meet Our Client: We are seeking caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team supporting a teenage boy living at home with his family in East Grinstead. He loves bubbles, balloons, and playing on his giant floor keyboard, and enjoys spending time in the community, especially visiting Central London.
During the day, you will work as part of a 2:1 care team to support his day-to-day care needs, including assistance with physiotherapy and speech therapy, while encouraging his independence, providing reassurance, and engaging him in the activities he enjoys most, both at home and out in the community. Night care is provided on a 1:1 basis, helping create a calm, safe, and nurturing environment, offering comfort and care to ensure he feels secure and supported throughout the night.
