The Role
We're looking for a proactive and motivated Recruitment Resource to join our central recruitment team in Codsall.
Responsibilities
- Advertising vacancies and reviewing applications
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Managing high-volume applicant pipelines
- Making outbound calls to applicants (a major part of the role)
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants with admin tasks, reporting, and candidate management
- Using multiple systems and job boards to track and progress candidates
You’ll be the first point of contact for many applicants, so strong communication skills - both written and verbal - are essential. Confidence on the phone is a must. Making outbound calls to applicants and briefing them on live job opportunities forms a significant part of your day.
