Meet Our Clients
We are currently supporting children and adults with complex clinical care needs in Birmingham and surrounding areas, and are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to deliver high‑quality, person-centered care tailored to their needs. In this role you’ll manage clinical interventions, assist with care routines, and support clients in meaningful activities such as spending time with family and friends or going on community outings. You’ll also assist with bedtime routines, offering companionship, staying attentive and responsive, and addressing care needs as they arise.

What You’ll Need
- 3 months care experience
- Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
- Clinical experience is strongly preferred; this may include: Tracheostomy Care, Enteral Feeding, and Ventilation Management
