As a Prep Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable guest experiences and ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will also:

  • Wash, peel, chop, slice, and portion ingredients according to recipes.
  • Measure and prepare sauces, and other basic components.
  • Label and store ingredients properly following food safety guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen stations.
  • Assist line cooks and chefs during service as needed.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Dispose of waste and manage recycling according to kitchen policies.
