We’re seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team. The position requires at least 1-2 years experience working in a kitchen using fresh ingredients.
Responsibilities- Work as a Chef de Partie in a high volume operation.
- Be able to run a section within the kitchen by themselves during a busy service.
- Produce dishes to a high standard.
- Maintain very high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Demonstrate leadership ability so junior chefs can look up to you and you can support their progression.
- Eager and willing to learn and develop.
- Experience in a Fine Dining kitchen is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, friendly productive environment.
- Have strong culinary skills and a love of great food.
- 1-2 years experience in a kitchen using fresh ingredients.
- Previous experience as a Demi or Chef de Partie in a high volume operation.
- Ability to produce dishes to a high standard.
- Very high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Leadership ability and willingness to guide junior staff.
- Strong desire to learn and develop.
- Experience in a Fine Dining kitchen is advantageous.
- To be able to run a section within the kitchen by themselves during a busy service.
