Shakespeare's Globe is seeking an inspiring Youth Theatre & Learning Manager to lead our established Globe Youth Theatre programme and support the Learning team. The role focuses on operations, staff management and high-quality provision for around 200 young people aged 8-19.
Working with freelance practitioners, you will oversee scheduling, staffing and two sharings on our stages, while guiding the team’s leadership and ensuring inclusive, high-impact learning experiences across education.
