You will join our Scottish Commercial Property team based in Edinburgh, working with well-regarded solicitors on a varied and interesting caseload. What you will be doing:
You will be involved in a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
- Investment acquisition and sales
- Commercial leasing
- Renewable energy projects
- Utilities
You will have the opportunity to:
- Assist on complex transactions while gradually building autonomy
- Manage elements of your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Work closely with senior lawyers and contribute to delivering an excellent client service
What you will need:
- Scottish qualified Solicitor at NQ–2 PQE, with experience or a strong interest in commercial property
