We are looking for an Administrator to join our Real Estate team based in the Milton Keynes office, part of the firm’s Commercial Property & Development group.
What you will be doing:
- Opening and closing electronic and paper files using a case management system to process and progress cases.
- Carrying out post completion administration including billing and drafting and submitting Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns.
- Drafting documents based on client-specific precedents.
- Carrying out searches, photocopying, scanning, printing, filing and collating documentation in relation to contracts, leases and transfers.
- Archiving, storage and retrieval of documentation (electronic and paper versions).
- Providing general administration and organisation of paperwork to support transactions.
What you will need:
- Previous office administrative experience, or strong academics with a willingness to learn.
- Confidence with various IT systems and applications.
- The ability to work well in a team and develop good working relationships with colleagues and others.
- Good communication skills with the confidence to liaise openly and clearly.
- The ability to produce a high standard of work, sometimes under pressure, whilst maintaining accuracy and good attention to detail.
- To be able to demonstrate flexibility, initiative and confidence in your own ability.
