In this role, we will train you to manage your own caseload. It’s a varied and busy position with good opportunities for client liaison.

What you’ll need:

  • a minimum of 6 months’ administration experience, ideally in a legal or professional services environment
  • competency with IT systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • experience in debt or asset recovery is advantageous
  • experience managing your own caseload and/or using a case management system is ideal but not essential
  • strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
  • excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise with colleagues and clients
  • ability to produce high-quality work under pressure with attention to detail
  • flexibility, initiative, and confidence in your abilities

The hours:

We provide services from 8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm on Friday, and 9am to 1pm on Saturday. The role involves shift work, typically one 11.30am – 8pm shift per week and no more than 2 Saturdays per month.

Typical shift pattern:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8am - 4.30pm or 9am - 5:30pm (one day 11.30am - 8pm)
  • Friday: 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
  • Saturday (up to 2 per month): 9am – 1pm

Part-time considerations:

We are open to candidates seeking part-time roles where possible.
