Are you a 6–8 PQE Scottish qualified Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next strategic step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded and growing Scottish Commercial Property team, where you will play a key role in delivering complex work while helping to shape the continued development of the team. You will work alongside highly experienced commercial property specialists on a varied and high-quality caseload across multiple sectors. This role offers genuine responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to team mentoring and business development initiatives.

What you will be doing:

  • You will be involved in a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
    • Investment acquisition and sales
    • Commercial leasing
    • Renewable energy projects
    • Utilities

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Take the lead on complex transactions and manage matters autonomously
  • Maintain and develop key client relationships
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the team
  • Support partners with business development and practice growth initiatives

What you will need:

  • Scottish-qualified Solicitor with 6–8 years’ PQE in commercial property
  • Strong technical capability and commercial awareness
  • Confidence managing your own caseload and leading transactions

  • Excellent organisation and client-handling skills
