The role - We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Marketing team and play a key role in delivering Shakespeare Martineau's real estate growth ambitions. You'll work closely with the Real Estate Team Leader, senior stakeholders and marketing specialists to strengthen client relationships, identify new opportunities and raise the profile of the team in the market. This is a varied, commercially focused role where you'll take ownership of business development activity across the real estate sector - from client engagement and campaigns to thought leadership, events and market development. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities and turning strategy into action.
What you'll be doing:
- Drive growth - Support and deliver business development plans that align with the real estate team's strategic priorities and growth ambitions.
- Build relationships - Develop strong relationships with clients, referrers, industry contacts and internal stakeholders to generate opportunities and support cross-selling.
- Spot opportunities - Use market, client, competitor and CRM insight to identify trends, target markets and new business opportunities.
