Are you an experienced Senior Conveyancer looking to work with quality clients? Do you have an interest in Real Estate law, particularly within Real Estate Finance? We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Senior Conveyancer to join our Real Estate Finance team, specialising particularly within Conventional Lending.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include handling title reports and managing completions within a dynamic, close-knit team. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure, values teamwork, and seeks professional growth in a collaborative environment. You’ll also gain valuable exposure to high-quality clients and exciting projects.
What you will be doing:
- Managing your own caseload independently, including drafting enquiries, emails, and other correspondence.
- Reviewing titles and accompanying legal documents with attention to detail.
- Preparing comprehensive reports on title, conducting legal research as needed, and handling all duties related to completions.
- Communicating professionally with clients and solicitors, ensuring consistent and close contact throughout the process.
What you will need:
- Proven experience in a fee-earning role, ideally with a focus on Real Estate; exposure to conventional lending work is highly advantageous.
- Strong technical and legal knowledge of conveyancing and commercial property matters.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced commercial property environment.
- Proficiency in using case management systems.
- A proactive attitude with drive, enthusiasm, commitment, and a collaborative team-player approach.
