We\'re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Administrator to join our dynamic Real Estate Finance team in Birmingham, supporting high-profile clients across banking, property investment, and development.
The team:
Our multi-disciplinary Real Estate Finance team has extensive experience advising banks, building societies, and other funders, including property investors and developers. We are one of the largest teams in the West Midlands, with around 30 people, including specialists in Islamic finance. We advise on development finance, facility letters, guarantees, investment finance, loan book management, LPA receivership, priority/subordination deeds, security documents, and short-term lending.
The role:
You will work as part of a team to provide administrative support to our legal teams, helping deliver excellent service to our clients.
What you will be doing:
- Assisting partners and solicitors with producing high-quality legal services
- Archiving, storing, and retrieving documentation (electronic and paper)
- Managing electronic files, including opening and closing
- Scheduling deeds and handling Land Registry applications and searches
- Submitting documentation to Companies House
- Drafting and processing invoices and assisting with billing
- Maintaining post-completion spreadsheets
- Supporting the Audit Manager with daily tasks
- Liaising with clients regarding reports
- Managing case files using case management systems
- Photocopying, scanning, faxing, printing, and filing documents
What you will need:
- Previous office administrative experience, ideally in real estate or legal environments
- Confidence with IT systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good keyboard skills
