About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media & Paid Ads Manager to grow the Instagram and TikTok presence of a portfolio of aesthetic clinics. You’ll work closely with the founder, turning business goals into high-impact content and paid campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram and TikTok end to end
- Define and execute content strategies aligned with trends and brand
- Support or lead content creation and recordings
- Manage and optimise Meta and TikTok paid ads
- Analyse performance and continuously optimise results
Must-Have
- Proven experience with Instagram & TikTok (content + strategy)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Strong understanding of beauty / aesthetics / lifestyle trends
- Proactive, creative, and comfortable owning the role
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with aesthetic or medical clinics
- Social media and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
