Role Summary

We\’re looking for an experienced, passionate and driven Barista to join the team at Founder Coffee Co in Wythenshawe Manchester. This role sits at the heart of what we do – crafting exceptional coffee, delivering genuine hospitality, and creating moments our guests remember. You\’ll be part of a space built on quality, culture, and attention to detail, with the opportunity to grow and develop within a dynamic hospitality environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso and specialty drinks to recipe
• Dial in grinders and maintain consistent extraction/taste
• Deliver genuine, friendly service that reflects Founder\’s welcoming and redefined atmosphere.
• Operate POS and handle payments
• Keep the bar area clean, tidy and well-stocked
• Follow food safety, cleaning and allergen procedures
• Support opening/closing duties
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.

What we\’re looking for

• 1+ year experience as a barista (café/coffee shop)
• Confident using espresso machines & grinders
• Friendly, reliable and calm under pressure
• Good communication and attention to detail
