Shaftesbury is recruiting a Team Leader for Shaftesbury Cranfield Court to oversee daily operations and support both staff and residents.
Ideal candidates will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or be willing to work towards it) and be prepared to cover sleep-in sessions (£60 per sleep-in) and On Call rota (£10 per session).
In return, you will join a caring, community-focused team with a generous package including 25 days leave (+8 bank holidays), a pension, and full training.
