About The Role
In this role, you’ll develop and implement data-led campaigns to engage existing cash supporters, regular givers, and gaming participants. You’ll deliver personalised stewardship initiatives, ensuring supporters feel valued and connected to our mission. Working across direct mail, telemarketing, gaming, and digital channels, you’ll create compelling supporter journeys that inspire long-term commitment and giving.
We’re looking for someone with experience in donor retention and direct marketing. You should have strong project management skills, the ability to write engaging fundraising appeals, and experience working with CRM systems such as Raiser’s Edge. A proactive, strategic mindset and a passion for supporter engagement will be key to success in this role.
