Horizons is a residential transitional service supporting up to 13 young adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, as well as associated medical needs. We empower individuals to build independence, develop life skills, access education and engage meaningfully with their community.
The Role
As a Night Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring high‑quality care and support for both the people we support and your team. This role will primarily lead the staff team on nights with occasional day working required in order to fulfil all responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting a team of care professionals
- Overseeing daily operations of the service
- Promoting independence, inclusion and wellbeing
- Ensuring care is personalised, flexible and of the highest standard
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work toward it)
- A positive, proactive leadership style
- Passion for delivering outstanding, person‑centred care
- Commitment to our values and making a difference
Additional Requirements
- Participation in on‑call rota (£10 per session)
