About the role

We are recruiting Bank Enabling Support Workers at Shaftesbury Newcastle to provide support and encouragement for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Take direction from the person supported and the person‑centred support plan.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
  • Administer personal care and medication as required.
  • Cover sleep‑in sessions and receive an additional £60 per sleep‑in.
  • Support people of all ages, from late teens to the elderly, in homecare and community activities.
