Shaftesbury Netteswell Bungalows is a warm, supportive residential setting made up of six self‑contained bungalows for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.

As a Bank Enabling Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals to live the life they choose. Please note: This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship as it does not meet the Home Office salary requirements.
You Will:
- Provide personalised encouragement and support
- Follow person‑centred plans to guide daily activities
- Maintain accurate records as required
- Support with personal care and medication where needed
