We’re recruiting Enabling Support Workers to join our dedicated care and support team. Due to service requirements, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2:1 support to a young lady in Hadston, Northumberland.
- Assist with day‑to‑day tasks such as going to the cinema, shopping, swimming, and attending a day centre three days a week.
- Provide personal care, support medication, and encourage independence.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Work Monday to Friday, 8:00‑16:00, with some flexibility required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle access.
