About the Role
As an Enabling Support Worker you will provide support and encouragement, take direction from the person supported and the support plan, maintain accurate records, administer personal care and medication, and cover sleep sessions.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and encouragement by following the person's individualised support plan.
- Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
- Administer personal care and medication when required.
- Cover sleep sessions, receiving £60 for each sleep session.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should have the following
- Minimum 12 months' experience supporting people with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours of concern in a supported living environment.
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 qualification or commitment to completing it while working.
- A person‑centred approach and genuine passion for delivering outstanding support.
