About the role

As an Enabling Support Worker, your role involves providing support and encouragement, following guidance from the supported individual and their support plan. You will maintain accurate records in line with service requirements and may need to administer personal care and medication. Sleep-in sessions may be required, with an additional payment of £60 per sleep-in. Kenway Court is a residential, community-focused care home in Southend-on-Sea supporting individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, offering active, person-centered support and nursing for complex needs.
