Are you the candidate we are looking for? At Shaftesbury Martello Road we are recruiting for a Service Delivery Lead. Please note this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied.

Shaftesbury South East provides person-centred care and support, enabling adults with intellectual and physical disabilities to live as independently as possible. In the Eastbourne area, we offer independent living tenancy in shared houses with some communal space, and we support people in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Service Delivery Lead it will be your role to provide support to the staff and people supported. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes, to ensure we are able to provide the highest quality of care and support. You will also be required to work with the relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a candidate who holds their CQC registration and their Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or is willing to work towards this qualification.
